Stretch and Strength
Stretch and Strength is a wonderful class to teach students how to Warm Up properly, use the correct muscles when stretching and to improve flexibility.
It is open to students of all dance styles and goes hand in hand with our other classes.
As a dancer it is important to be strong, versatile and flexible. This class also incorporates Pilates which is a vital part to any dancers repertoire and helps in injury prevention.
All Students are encouraged to take Stretch and Strength class from ages 5 and up.
